What does Bookheads do?
We look after the day-to-day bookkeeping for sole traders and small businesses: bank reconciliations, supplier bills, customer invoices, payroll and monthly reports, so your Xero file is accurate and BAS-ready.

Where are you based?
Our bookkeeper lives in the Macarthur region. We can meet clients in person around Camden, Narellan, Campbelltown and Picton, and work online with businesses across Sydney and Australia.

How much does Bookheads cost?
Starter is $150, Plus $300 and Pro $650 per month, all fixed fees with no lock-in contract. See the pricing page for what's included in each.

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Our packages are monthly with no lock-in contract.

Do you lodge my BAS or tax return?
We prepare your books so they're accurate and BAS-ready, and we liaise with your accountant, who handles lodgement and tax advice. Bookheads is a bookkeeping service, not a tax agent.

Which software do you use?
We mainly work in Xero, with Hubdoc for receipts and bills. We can also support MYOB and QuickBooks.
